PROTECTION AND JUSTICE NETWORK

As inovações de método

The Protection and Justice Network is a non-profit organization that DIXIM and partners formed to act in promoting the increase in the general cost of crime in Brazil, bringing the country closer to the criminal justice panorama of consolidated democracies. We work through the production of information and actions to (1) ensure protection and prevention of victimization, ensure justice for victims and prevent secondary and tertiary victimization and the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice Relating to Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power; (2) to restructure the criminal legislation and the Brazilian criminal justice system based on the scientific principles of the Economic Theory of Crime.
